2. Account Registration & User Responsibilities

• You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information regarding your career history, qualifications, and goals during coaching sessions and onboarding.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activities conducted through your account.
• Coaching guidance is designed to empower you to apply independently to third-party employers; candidate application submissions remain the candidate's personal responsibility.

3. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

All proprietary coaching strategies, frameworks, site design, text, logos, and materials provided by Jobigator remain the intellectual property of Jobigator. Custom resumes, cover letters, and career profiles created for candidates remain the property of the respective candidate.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Repackage, resell, or publicly redistribute Jobigator’s coaching frameworks or proprietary market research without written permission.
• Submit fraudulent career history or misleading personal details during coaching.
• Disrupt system operation or misuse automated tools against the platform.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Guarantee

Jobigator provides personalized strategy, research, and career mentorship designed to significantly improve your job search outcomes. However, hiring decisions rest solely with third-party employers. Jobigator makes no direct guarantee of specific employment offers, compensation rates, or timeline outcomes.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate coaching access or accounts if a user engages in fraudulent behavior, abusive conduct toward coaches, or breaches these Terms.
